So pleased we tried to get him to sell us a home in AZ but he referred us to a local agent here. We refer all our friends and family to use Dave in the Northern MI area! If we buy another we house in the area we will exclusively work with Dave.

Dave Wilsey is very knowledgeable about the Traverse City area. I lost count but I'd say he showed us dozens of homes during our most recent search. With each home, he was quick to book a walk-through, offered honest feedback, and remained extremely positive and patient as the search went on. The current market is challenging but I was happy to have Dave representing us right up until the final closing! I regularly recommend Dave to friends and family.
